Responsibilities:
As one of the front-line people in our business, you will have a direct influence on the quality and satisfaction levels of our loyal customer-base and suppliers.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, part of your day-to-day will involve processing orders, responding to customer enquiries, maintaining the online ordering system, and actioning phone calls regarding a variety of our products and services. You will also be required to check orders in the warehouse from time-to-time.
Your role is vital in delivering an efficient, accurate and timely service through face-to-face, phone and email interactions. Applications are also open to entry level candidates as on-the-job training is provided.
