Description:
POSITION DESCRIPTION
We seek an enthusiastic Customer Service Operator to join our vibrant Accounts Receivable department in Macquarie Park. You will be an essential team member, and your responsibilities will include the following:
- Answering high volume inbound calls and making outbound calls regarding invoices and payments
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast paced health environment
- A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve tasks promptly
- Conducting office duties and other clerical duties as required, such as reviewing invoices, providing quotes, managing returned mail items and data entry into the laboratory system.

- Open to working full time hours Monday to Friday between 9am to 5:06pm.
- A hard-working, motivated individual with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalismAbility to multi-task and attend to ad-hoc jobs as and when they arise
- Friendly, positive interpersonal skill and attitude with a strong desire to help others
- Knowledge in Medical terminology, such as Medicare Benefits Schedule, and/or customer service is not essential.
Onsite parking is available and we are a short 5 minute walk from Metro and other public transport.
