Description:
Ferrari Group specializes in transporting jewelry, precious gems, and high-value goods internationally. The company grew rapidly due to its global expertise in customs procedures and valuable experience with different courier services, gaining increasing recognition within the industry.
We seek a Customer Service Clerk for our Miami, Florida location. The ideal candidate will be able to provide timely, attentive, upbeat service to our customers and ensure their needs are met in a manner that reflects positively on the company or business. In this role, you must be able to handle customer complaints and provide solutions with quick critical thinking and problem-solving skills to preserve customer retention and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Providing introductory information to new customers
- Ensuring that Ferrari’s clientele is satisfied with products and services
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s questions
- Escalating queries and concerns
- Data entry and reporting
- Troubleshooting common issues with our services
- Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions
Qualifications:
- 1 year of Customer Service and Sales experience
- Experience working with luxury goods or high-end jewelry is preferred
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls and emails daily
- Ability to share work among a customer service team
- Attentiveness and patience
- Time-management skills
- Ability to find the positive in any situation
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PPT, Word, EXCEL)– Google Drive Sheets
- Logistics, transportation, and shipping is a plus
