Responsibilities:
- Processing all incoming customer calls
- Complaints processing in close coordination with production
- Customer-specific activities (e.g. replenishment, coordination of campaigns such as new product launches, assembly orders, etc.)
- Proactive coordination with the customer Reckitt Benckiser
- Telesales as needed
- Preparation of performance figures, reports and statistics, both internally and externally
- Participation in telephone training and product training
- Order acceptance and order entry in the IT system
- If necessary, follow-up of orders already entered in the IT system
- Support for our customers in-house, including inventory support
- Maintenance of customer, product, recipient and shipping master data in the system
- Control of stocks and proactive reporting to the customer
- Creation of credit notes
- Close coordination with production regarding processing status, stocks, KPIs etc. and proactive reporting to the customer
- Close coordination with the team leader and the Key Account Manager Reckitt Benckiser and proactive information to these functional units
