Description:

Pay Rate: £12.94 Per Hour
Contract Type: Part Time - 20 hours a week
Shift patterns: Rotational - 6 on 3 off - earlies and lates - 4 hour shifts
Location: Luton Airport

We’re seeking a Customer Service Colleague to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.

Responsibilities:

  • Checking passenger travel documentation at check-in area and boarding gate for acceptance
  • Representing the airline and providing an exceptional level of customer service, making the passengers journey positively memorable
  • Consistently delivering the highest customer service
  • Reinforcing rules for oversized luggage, ensuring the correct fees apply if the size/weight is over allowances
  • Assisting passengers during flight disruptions (delays, cancellations), overbooking and any other incidence
