The opportunity:
We’re seeking a Customer Service Consultant to provide AIA customers with assistance that is targeted to their needs and is an effective and efficient resolution of their enquiry. Come join our fun and dedicated team that strives to go above and beyond to help our customers!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving inbound calls and building effective relationships with our key stakeholders
  • Navigating a variety of IT systems
  • Providing clear and concise information, processing requests and making good business decisions
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Creating loyalty with our customers through providing an outstanding customer experience.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience working in a contact centre (preferred)
  • Proven customer service and relationship building experience
  • A positive attitude and a demonstrated empathy to put yourself in the customer’s shoes
  • Proven ability to learn new systems and navigate through complex information
  • Interested and/or knowledge in technology, digital, health & wellbeing.
