Description:
We’ve got cars, campervans and motorhomes across New Zealand and Australia and we are on the lookout for an awesome Customer Service Consultant to join our team in JUCY Headquarters and assist our customers as they travel around NZ & AU.
You’ll be someone who loves to help people. You’ll need a sense of adventure, patience and fantastic problem-solving skills, and if you have some basic car knowledge and an extra friendly and confident personality, read on!
The customer service consultants’ primary focus is on delivering a professional customer service experience. Helping to assist JUCY customers each day you’ll be finding solutions for our customers while they are on the road while efficiently managing the scheduling and coordination of vehicle repair, maintenance, procurement, and fleet service activities. Your dedication to delivering exceptional service is crucial for maintaining the high quality of our offerings.
As part of this role, the customer service consultant will process inbound sales opportunities from various channels, such as walk-ins, phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media, to process inbound sales opportunities for all JUCY Group products. Ensuring a high conversion rate of potential customers into confirmed bookings.
This is a permanent full-time position in which you would work across a rotating roster. Shifts are between 7 am and 9 pm, including weekends and public holidays.
