Description:

DETAILS YOU NEED TO KNOW:

  • Start Date: Wednesday, 7th of August 2024
  • Work from Home & Office. 5 days classroom training and then 2 weeks on the job training in our Melbourne CBD Office, moving to a hybrid model (2 days office, 3 days home) when you have reached competency
  • Rotating Roster: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm and Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Permanent 35hr Part Time Contracts with Startek -Ambulance Victoria - guaranteeing 35 paid hours per week
  • Permanent Pay Rate of $25.80 plus super & leave & benefits (training rate $24.98)
  • 4 weeks paid annual leave (pro rata)
  • 17.5% Annual Leave loading paid when taking annual leave
  • 11% Superannuation Contribution
  • 150% Penalty Rates for shifts worked on Public Holidays
  • 25% Penalty Rates apply for working non-standard hours (outside of the 7am-7pm standard hours)
  • 25% Penalty Rates for shifts worked on Saturdays (shifts between 7am-7pm)
  • Other benefits and allowances as provided for in the Contract Call Centres Award 2020

Responsibilities:

We are currently recruiting Customer Service professionals to join our Ambulance Victoria Team.
As a Membership Services Consultant you will be assisting Ambulance customers across Victoria with new memberships and general enquiries. Customer contact will be inbound and outbound calls, email and written correspondence and live chat. Typical enquiries received relate to scheme business rules, membership fees, overdue memberships, taking payments for memberships, retention calls for customers that have forgotten to pay their membership and updating of customer details.
