Our Group Customer Service team is a tight-knit, well-established group of professionals, operating collaboratively in both Denmark and the UK. Together, we deliver first-class service to customers across the board. Your role will play a crucial part in supporting Vikan’s sales teams, ensuring our position as the preferred supplier and partner in the market.
We’re actively seeking a customer service consultant with the primary responsibility of aiding customers through phone and email, delivering exceptional service across diverse markets. The role can be filled from either of our three locations respectively in Skive and Copenhagen in Denmark or from our UK location in Swindon.

We are looking for:

  • Full French proficiencies verbally and in writing to serve French speaking customers combined with mastering English at a high level

Other languages an advantage but not required.

Your responsibilities encompass order processing, responding to customer inquiries, and guiding B2B customers via phone, email, and live chat. Key tasks include:

  • Order Processing
  • Customer contact
  • Participate in proactive market and customer related activities
  • Claims handling including enhancements to Q&A set-up
  • Master data maintenance and contract updates
  • CRM and leads management – supporting sales and marketing initiatives
  • Collaboration with distributors and Area Sales Managers

Your professional background includes:

  • Experience from a similar position in an international environment
  • Knowledge of CRM-systems
  • Ideally, a user of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft AX 2012)
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in sales or sales support is advantageous
