WHAT DO I NEED?

We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for helping others. You’ll need strong communication and problem-solving skills to excel in this role. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in computer systems and applications
  • A positive and can-do attitude

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Providing top-notch customer service through inbound calls
  • Resolving customer inquiries accurately and promptly
  • Promoting Westpac products and services
  • Contributing to a positive customer experience
