REQUIREMENTS

Client contact by phone, e-mail & face to face meetings, plus customer visitations when required.
To make sure that the customers are aware of all charges and all chargeable events are notified and billed.
Day-to-day contact with CCIS Head Office
Container Sales Administration.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Have at least 2 years of experience in Shipping, Transport or logistics business
Demonstrate Sales experience.
You are autonomous and have a sense of initiative
You are rigorous, responsive and flexible in your work
Educated to Leaving Certificate level / Equivalent Grade C and above.
Computer Literate with a good level of skill in Word processing, Spreadsheets (Excel) & Presentation software (PowerPoint) products.

Responsibilities:

MAIN PURPOSE:

To interact and provide assistance to the customers of CMA CGM Inland Services (Ireland) Ltd. within the parameters and scope as detailed by the company General Manager & Board of Directors which include but are not limited to :
Customer Care duties.
Container Sales Administration
Container Storage, Maintenance & Repair Services.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

To Provide exceptional customer service for all general telephone/e-mail enquiries.
Ensure customers are notified of all respective charges and invoices are raised in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the services offered by the business.
Maintain a good knowledge of local legislation/regulations pertaining the business.
Revert to customers with information which relates to their release/delivery request and action accordingly with the required documentation.
Ensure deadlines are met.
Problem-solving when necessary.
Liaise closely with Shipping Lines, Trucking Companies and other business clients
Implementing SOPs to meet customers’ demands and reviewing processes when necessary based on clients requirements
Produce relevant reports for Supervisor / Deputy / Management.
Review processes and procedures within the department and suggest ideas/improvements for the organisation.
To be able to deal with customer complaints professionally and ensure management are aware of the details.
To be fully trained on the company’s computer systems.
