Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at De Beaute. This is a full-time role based in our central Singapore office, where you will oversee and manage our customer service team to deliver an exceptional experience to our valued customers.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Supervising and managing a team of customer service officers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement
  • Responding to escalated customer enquiries and complaints, working to resolve issues effectively
  • Implementing and maintaining customer service policies and procedures to align with company standards
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations to enhance the customer experience
  • Providing hands-on support to the customer service team as needed to handle high volume periods
  • Generating and analysing customer service reports to identify trends and inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless and integrated customer journey
