Summary: Huda Beauty is looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Coordinator to be responsible for overseeing the life cycle of customer orders, from their receipt all the way through to delivery, providing world class customer service to both our internal and external partners. Huda Beauty customers are expected to receive a near perfect service that supports long term relationships and ultimately the brand growth and expansion. Ensuring a smooth flow of order information from the customer to HB and vice versa.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Great communication skills due to the nature of the role
  • Enjoy liaising with a multitude of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Great attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Shipping & Customs Documentation from Dubai
  • Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete management of Influencer and PR order processing and dispatch in alignment with launch date requirements.
  • Ensuring a smooth flow of order information into ERP Microsoft Dynamics system when orders are received, either manually, through the upload function or EDI.
  • Be the main point of contact between customers and HB for any queries regarding orders and order amendments.
  • Manage orders with the warehouse making sure orders are shipped in a timely manner.
  • Creating and coordinating return orders for agreed RTV’s from commercial, making sure returns are closed based on quantities received by the DCs.
  • Raising investigations on order shortages with our warehouses.
  • Provide all documentation required for dispatch of orders.
  • Month end communication on orders and phasing of orders to the Customer Service Manager.
  • COA Process Management.
