Description:

  • Proactively respond to client inquiries and provide them solutions.
  • Responsible for job assigning to other departments.
  • Report to general manager.
  • Clients’ status follow up.
  • Create daily service job schedules and, in cooperation with the Sales Managers.
  • Communicate with overseas team member by solving their enquires.
  • Achieve the highest levels of quality, performance and customer satisfaction while coordinating service jobs.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure accurate invoicing of customers with due regard to the profitability expectations.
  • Responsible for replying to the queries from clients and suppliers.
  • No experience are welcome to apply. On job training provided.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Good customer service, friendly and well spoken.
  • Language abilities: Must be able to converse in English.
  • Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English and Mandarin) is an advantage.
  • Min SPM or GCE O-LEVEL.
  • Basic computer skills is required.
  • Experience working in an accounting or consulting firm is preferred.
