Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Building Support Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and organising service requests and warranty claims
  • Providing administrative support to the Service and Warranty Inspectors
  • Email inbox management – responding in a timely manner
  • Receiving inbound calls regarding service requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Reviewing and approving supplier/trade invoices in a timely manner for payment; and
  • Demonstrate empathy, problem solving skills and excellent communication
