REQUIREMENT

  • Min. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Min. 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Positive and customer oriented attitude
  • Able to work 5.5 days per week (Alternate Saturday)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage various aspects of customer service operations, such as handling inquiries, complaints, orders, and feedback.
  • Communicate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, logistics and etc.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and issues
  • Updating customer records with information on products and services
  • Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Generating reports and feedback on customer service
  • Preparing of shipping document and import / export documentation.
  • Extract and tabulate data for report analysis
  • Ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
