POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Service Team Support Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the Service Technicians have the parts they need each morning and assisting with onsite paint jobs as required. This position involves coordinating with various departments to pull and prepare parts and materials, as well as traveling to job sites to handle paint touch-ups and finish work.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Previous experience in a cabinetry or manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Working knowledge of painting techniques and finish work.
• Ability to lift and handle parts/materials as needed.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license is a must

• Pull and organize required parts for Service Technicians to pick up each morning.
• Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of parts for daily pickups.
• Communicate effectively with the Service Team to meet daily requirements.
• Perform onsite paint touch-ups and small finishing tasks as needed.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace to ensure timely and accurate part availability.
• Assist with inventory tracking for parts and materials.
• Work collaboratively with the Service and Manufacturing teams to address any part discrepancies or special requests.
• Uphold safety standards and procedures when working in the shop and onsite.
