With 8 locations across Dublin City and surrounding areas, we pride ourselves on delivering fresh, delicious food and excellent customer service. We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our growing team at our busy Kilmacanogue concession.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a hardworking, customer-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of the concession and providing excellent customer service. No prior food experience is required, but an interest in quality food is essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent English.
  • Strong interest in high-quality food and customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work lunch shifts, weekdays, and weekends.
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Take and process customer orders efficiently.
  • Provide information about menu items, including food ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries or issues in a professional manner.

Operations and Support:

  • Assist management in daily tasks such as:
  • Ordering stock and supplies.
  • Preparing staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Overseeing the smooth operation of the concession during busy periods.
  • Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Assist in food preparation and presentation when required.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with team members to ensure excellent service and smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Communicate effectively with management and staff to address any operational challenges.

Time Management:

  • Must be available during busy lunch periods (11:30am - 2:30pm), and flexible to work on weekdays and weekends.
  • Assist in managing workflows during peak times to ensure timely service.
