Position Summary: As a Customer Service Driver, you will represent our company on the road and interact directly with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, exceptional communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Required Skills / Technical competencies

• Drivers CPC to be completed (Essential)
• Good level of computer literacy (Essential)
• Experience of working with refrigerated vehicles (Desirable)
• Understanding of EC drivers’ hours & EC working time directive regulations (Essential)
• class 1 HGV licence (Essential)
• 2 years’ experience (Desirable

OTHER DUTIES

• To complete any other duties as required by Management
• Carry out driver’s duties with due regard to legislation in respect of LGV drivers, download your digital tachographs at the start and end of every shift for analysis by the Company
• To always follow the companies Safe Working Procedures
• Collections and deliveries for various customers at different locations around the country
• Dealing with ambient, chilled, and frozen products
• Checking products and carrying out the necessary paperwork
