Description:
Role As a Customer Service and E-commerce Executive, you will be an ambassador for our products, providing exceptional customer service across all fronts - our showroom, WhatsApp channel, phone, social media, and emails. You will also handle e-commerce and operations tasks, demonstrating your ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail/showroom environment.
- Experience handling customer service across multiple channels including WhatsApp, phone, social media, and emails.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for our products and brand.
