Description:

On-site support for our customers regarding the installation, maintenance, repair and qualification of analytical devices, including but not limited to the field of chromatography (LC, GC, IC), and other Laboratory/Shopfloor devices.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completion of training or studies in the field of chemistry, chemical engineering, analytical chemistry, technical or related professions
  • Min 5 years professional experience in technical customer service of software-based, analytical systems
  • Independent, structured, and efficient way of working
  • Organizational talent, commitment, and a high degree of customer orientation
  • Very good Dutch and good English, both spoken and written.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
