Description:

TLM International Freight Services LLC (TLM IFS) is a Jebel Ali Free Zone based Freight Forwarder & 3PL Logistics provider (www.tlmifs.com) & currently is looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Executive - Freight Forwarding who will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing their shipping requirements and ensuring smooth logistics operations.

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics industry
· Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and documentation requirements
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with freight management systems
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
