Description:
Job Description -
Responsible for providing coordination between production and customer’s’ requirements and other administrative assistance to Sales Department to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of sales and business development.
- Effectively manage a large number of incoming enquiries on all e-commerce platforms and social media channels, phone calls, and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
- Process all digital sales orders placed on e-commerce platforms and social media channels
- Identify and assess customers’ requirements and needs
- Keep records of all customer interactions
- Enhance customers’ experience to all social media platforms
- Communicate with IT, sales and operation departments to fulfil orders
- Assist on research, implementation and coordination on all online sales and marketing strategies and ad campaigns
- Provide copywriting for all online sales and marketing strategies and ad campaigns
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment. Upkeep and make visible data to all stakeholders.
- Provide administrative and operational support
Job Requirements -
- Min ‘O’ level or similar and relevant experience
- Possess positive customer service orientation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess pleasant personality
- Proactive, team player and sales-oriented
