As a Part Time Customer Service Executive based in Milton Keynes you’ll be responsible for:

  • Being the first point of contact for customers for any query resolution through various channels adapting a high level of customer service to each query that is reviewed
  • Efficiently taking/making inbound and outbound calls ensuring customer service levels are carried out to the highest possible standard
  • Having a full understanding of stock movements and deliveries from both ourselves and manufacturers

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Confident and outgoing when speaking to customers
  • Computer literate and experience using Microsoft Office
  • Previous call centre/similar role experience would be advantageous

This is a part time role working 18 hours a week
Shift times will be 11am-5pm Monday - Wednesday
