Customer Service/Inside Sales

• Devanco Canada is a leading distributor of Garage Door and Gate Automation Supplies serving Canada and the USA from our main office and distribution center in Summerstown Ontario. We are currently looking to fill a full-time position divided between Customer Reception, Sales Support and Administrative Duties
• Job purpose: The main objective of this position is to assist in the daily operations of an expanding distribution business with a young dynamic staff. This position involves interaction with commercial customers, suppliers and administrative staff. Experience is an asset, but not required
• Duties include but are not limited to

Answer and direct incoming calls

• Greet customers
• Take client orders by phone and email and enter them into our Inventory Management Software
• Assist Sales Department with quotes, and follow-up
• Assist with Billing and other Accounting duties
• Answer client inquiries .

QUALIFICATIONS

• Superior Customer Service skills and phone etiquette
• Able to communicate in French and English
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time wisely
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment
• Positive and self-motivated attitude
• Good attendance record
  Location, Hours and Compensation. Please note that this Job is in Summerstown On Near Lancaster just a few minutes West of the Quebec Ontario Border
  19192 Hay Road, Unit Q Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00
  Probationary Salary approx. 40K + Bonus
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
