ABOUT THE ROLE
We are now recruiting (x2) ‘Customer Service Intervention Specialist’ to join our Customer Service Team team on a permanent basis. This is a brand new and exciting role within Onward Homes which also offers hybrid working with the option to work from the office or home following satisfactory completion of induction training.”
The purpose of this role is to use a combination of data sources and internal case referrals to deliver a high-quality customer care experience by managing unresolved customer issues proactively and diligently. You will understand the customers individual needs and liaise with colleagues and external stakeholders with a resolution focused approach to deliver the right outcome for the customer.
