SUMMARY

As a Customer Service representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your core skills in cash handling, food service, and restaurant experience will enable you to effectively manage transactions and assist guests with their needs. With a focus on serving and food handling, you will contribute to a positive dining experience. Additionally, your premium skills in sales and upselling, combined with relevant experience in sanitation and basic math, will enhance our team’s ability to provide exceptional service. • Provide outstanding customer service to all customers while serving and interacting throughout your shift.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and food safety guidelines are maintained at all times throughout your shift.
• Full knowledge of our menu with the ability to educate customers about our services and offerings.
• Flexibility to jump into other areas of the restaurant as time allows including dishwashing, prep, and other cleaning responsibility roles.
