WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGEMENT - CALL CENTER LEAD

We will count on you to use your friendly, capable demeanor over the phone as you answer incoming calls and dispatch technicians. By considering technician time and mileage as you schedule prompt services, you will easily maximize the schedule without sacrificing the customer’s experience. You’ll also look days and weeks ahead to keep the schedule on track and everyone working well. Whether informing clients of arrival times, delays, or rescheduling appointments, it’s your efforts and talent that will ensure everyone is successful and satisfied. If you can do those things and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our home services dispatch team!

  • Experience in SAGE
  • Availability to work weekend and evening hours
  • Able to use a computer
  • Dispatcher/call center experience AND working knowledge of ServiceTitan is preferred
