Description:

Mathnasium, a math learning centre located in South Surrey is hiring an Customer Service Manager.
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer experience to the enrolled famliies - students and their parents. The CSM also assists the Centre Director in business development through new enrollmets (sales).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Undergraduate degree or higher
  • Experience customer service management in a leadership/ superviosry role
  • Sales experience an asset
  • Strong foundation in math
  • Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and be trained
  • Proficiency in computer skills

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the customer (parent and student) experience from the very first contact/interaction with the brand
  • Support the Centre Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans
  • Managing the student success through regularly monitoring and updating the student leanring plans
  • Maintain a very high level of customer service through practively communicating with parents and sending regular student progress updates
  • Answering parent queries, and addressing any concerns
  • Managing student and staff schedules
  • Mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff
  • Join the instructional staff in providing instruction to students when needed
  • Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
  • Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
  • Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
  • Identifying opportunities for promoting the brand through networking/liasing with the local community
  • Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
