Description:

Our reputable client is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Manager. This role involves managing customer service operations, facilitating the order to cash process, providing leadership, and conducting financial analysis and revenue reporting.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of customer service operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Lead the order to cash process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering an environment of collaboration and high performance
Recruit and onboard new employees
Regularly conduct financial analysis, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement
Manage the process of revenue reporting, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with internal and external requirements
Develop and implement strategies for improving customer service operations and processes including improving the customer website for transactions
Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
Monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary
Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
