Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager (CSM) to lead our Customer Service and Showroom teams, ensure timely and accurate customer communication, foster a productive work environment, and address customer issues in line with our company values.

OTHER DUTIES:

  • Monitor workload and develop satisfaction goals.
  • Hire and train team members and leverage technology.
  • Document processes and present improvement ideas.
  • Participate in industry events and other tasks as requested.
