JOB DESCRIPTION
The City of Albany’s Albany Leisure and Aquatics Team is looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and customer focused individual to take up the role of Customer Service Officer – ALAC for contracted 40hrs per fortnight with alternate weekend shifts.
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this role will see you responsible for working in a support role within the City of Albany to provide a professional, friendly, positive, reception service for all customers to the Centre.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience in a customer service environment with high exposure to the general public, excellent communication skills, well-developed computing skills and knowledge of the sport and recreation services industry are essential to this role.
