About the role
Global leader in HVAC, Daikin Australia is looking for a permanent full time Customer Service Officer that will assist in providing high quality service to internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns related to our Daikin Applied Projects, services and timelines. This role will be based in our Warwick Farm, NSW office acting as a liaison between stakeholders and customers to ensure client satisfaction and overseeing all administrative duties ensuring it is accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
As the Customer Service Officer in our Applied Business Solutions, this role will assist in preparing and capturing sales order details for entry into SAP, liaising with our factories, Supply Chain Management team and Sales team to ensure products are delivered on time.
Additionally, this role will also be required to improve customer relationships by handling all inquiries and complaints related to product delivery, ensuring the sales team and customers are kept informed about their sales order.

  • Previous experience in Sales and/or customer service environment will be highly regarded.
