Responsibilities:
ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
Join our dynamic Housing & Retirement Living team, as a Customer Service Officer on a fixed-term part-time position at Wingara & Merindal Hamlets. Assist the Village Manager in efficiently managing resources to deliver outstanding customer relations and positive outcomes for our village residents.
Duties: not limited to
- Maintain resident records and provide regular updates to the Village Manager
- Provide monthly statistics to the Village Manager
- Manage accounting tasks, including raising/processing invoices and checking residents’ fees
- Coordinate and book functions and events
- Liaise with suppliers, entertainers, and guest speakers
- Assist with sales and/or rental of units and send out information packs
- Support residents’ access to services and self-management
- General administration duties like answer telephone, respond to or direct calls in a professional manner
