DESCRIPTION:

About the Role: Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader and working alongside a dedicated team of Customer Service Officers, your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer orders and general enquiries are actioned and processed according to our Customer Service standards and procedures.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

About the Person: We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a strong appreciation of customer service. The successful applicant will have a high level of computer literacy, demonstrated ability to use initiative and work without direct supervision and excellent communication skills – verbal, written, interpersonal, negotiation. Someone with the ability to work effectively under pressure when required and has developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
