Customer Service Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for customers’ enquiries, quotations, orders and requests.
• Communicate to customers through various channels
• Perform administrative work for order fulfilment and deliveries
• Follow up with customers on inquiry
• Handle purchases to provide a full order fulfilment service for customers
• Work with accounts team on customers’ payments
• Work with logistics team to ensure deliveries are on time
• Provide good customer service through product knowledge, and handling enquiries
• Attend to walk-in customers
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Work in a fast paced environment
• Able to multi-task
• Has good communication skills
• Has good learning attitude
• Works well in team and with other departments
• Positive with passion for customer service, self-driven
• Comfortable to reach out to potential customers over the phone
• Proficient in computer
