Customer Service Officer/Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
bestchance Child Family Care is currently seeking a motivated and versatile individual with a positive and proactive approach to join our team to provide executive support to the Chief Operating Officer while also being the first point of contact for the organisation, in particular, families requiring our services. As an experienced and passionate executive/administrative officer with a strong customer service focus, you will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of people every day.
This role combines responsibilities in customer service with executive support to the Chief Operating Officer, requiring a unique blend of skills. We are seeking someone with experience providing quality customer service with professionalism and efficiency while also providing comprehensive administrative/executive support to ensure the seamless operations of the Chief Operating Officer’s daily activities.
This role is full-time, onsite with work hours 8.30am - 4.30pm.
