Description

The Opportunity:

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 am to 4:06 pm
  • Location: Sydney location, with free onsite parking.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
  • Perform general office and administrative duties, including data entry and accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with your team to foster a positive, supportive work environment and contribute to improving customer service processes.

  • Transport Knowledge (Advantageous): Familiarity with the transport industry would be beneficial but not required.
