We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Customer Services Officer for our invoicing team.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting customers, consultants and the Customer Services team in the provision of generating invoices/ vouchers and completing the final stages of releasing medicolegal reports to our customers.
Job Description

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Raising invoices and issuing reports across a large range of national customers
  • Preparing vouchers for Specialist Consultants
  • Assist with accounts queries
  • Providing assistance to the Operations Manager and participate in ad-hoc projects as required
    Qualifications

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent stakeholder support both internally and externally
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software
  • High regard for confidentiality
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
