Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

Provide customer service, advice and solutions in accordance with agency policies and procedures. You will also undertake a range of administrative tasks in relation to the translation and interpreting services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As part of the Language Services division, you will:

  • Provide high level of customer service.
  • Coordinate translation and transcription projects.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment, participating actively in team meetings and projects, and provide advice on the effective delivery of services.
  • Develop sound relationships with various stakeholders.

You’ll work as part of a multicultural team of customer service officers and translators in the Language Services division that provides translation, transcription and interpreting services to a wide range of customers.
