Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a GCE ’O’ level.
- Willingness to learn new skills & knowledge
- Computer literate and proficient in basic computer software
- Work as a team player within a cohesive team in a fast-paced environment.
- Social skills in communicating with patients.
- Working hours: Mondays to Fridays (8.30 am to 5.30 pm) & alternate Saturdays (8.30 am to 1.00 pm)
Responsibilities:
- Attend to patients
- Patient Registration
- Arrange Medical Appointments
- Assisting Doctors
- Cashiering Duties
- Assist patients in claim related matters
- Other administrative tasks as needed
