Description:
JOB BENEFITS:
- 5 days work week, Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Contacting customers to follow up on outstanding payments.
- Ensuring the prompt and efficient collection of all overdue debts and payments from customers.
- Negotiating repayment plans with customers to address outstanding balances.
- Collaborating with legal counsel to pursue legal actions against defaulting customers.
- Coordinating with vehicle repossession agents to manage and track repossessed vehicles.
- Maintaining consistent communication with clients to settle overdue accounts.
- Addressing internal and external inquiries regarding outstanding customer balances.Recording and allocating daily receipts within the accounting system.
