Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone calls, emails, faxes, etc.).
  • Liaise, acknowledge and solve customer requests or complaints within stipulated timeline.
  • Liaise with local and overseas suppliers to check stock availability, pricing, and delivery deadlines.
  • Liaise with procurement department for enquiry, order, shipment etc.
  • Liaise with shipping department for import and export shipments.
  • Liaise with warehouse department to prepare shipment.
  • Perform daily tasks include preparing quotations, processing order, backorder tracking, quotation tracking, preparing invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Follow-up quotations, payments.
  • Prepare contract review and tender files.
  • Understand products range in general.
  • Perform other admin duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least GCE “O” levels or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service or Sales
  • Experience in handling overseas suppliers/ customers
  • Customer Service oriented and have a great sense of urgency
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good communication skills and able to talk with people from different countries and with various cultural background.
  • Meticulous in work
  • Proficient in MS Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Table, and doing general calculation).
  • Proficient in MS Powerpoint is a plus point
