Responsibilities:

To manage a condominium’s daily operations and to carry out policies set by the condo management board such as;

  • Manage and attend to residents’ requests, feedbacks and response their request promptly
  • Assist contractors and visitors with parking at the Upper and Lower Carparks.
  • Monitor and report any instances of incidents and illegal parking.
  • Provide directions and information to visitors regarding lobbies and their parking zones
  • Assist residents, visitors, and trainers with the use of Clubhouse facilities (Gym, Function Room, Spa, Yoga Room).
  • Ensure compliance with facility usage guidelines as outlined in the By-Laws/Policy.
  • Check common area works at the carpark adhere to safety protocols.
  • Monitor Moving In/Out and Renovation Activities, particularly during loading, unloading operations and use of Service lift.
  • Assist residents and visitors experiencing difficulties with entry at lobbies or intercom issues.
