Customer Service & Customer Experience Jakarta

Job Decsription:

  • Answering an incoming calls and respond to Email or Live chat
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints by calls, email and live chat
  • Provide customers about product and service information
  • Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
  • Identify and escalate priority issues and solve the problems
  • Documenting all information according to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer experience
  • Coordinate effectively with peers, SPV or manager
  • lmplementing contingency flows in the case of an emergency
  • Ensure that all tasks and checks assigned to Supervisors are earned out smoothly

Job Requirement :

  • Minimum Diploma Degree.
  • Min. 2 years in CS/CX role, preferably from investment industry.
  • Cornmunicative and willing to work in Shifting Schedule including weekend and public holiday
  • Good knowledge of G-suites (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, GoogleMeet,Calendar)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel within formula, PPT)
  • Able to work under pressure and multitasking
  • Fast learner and able to adapt with fast-paced working environment
  • Good with numbers, data analysis
