We are excited to offer a permanent full-time opportunity for a Customer Service Officer at our Power Training Services location, Jandakot. This position serves as the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, providing customer support, advice, and information.

Responsibilities:
- Efficient handling of general and specialised queries and dealing with the query in an efficient manner and escalating where required.
- Maintain and apply sound knowledge of current procedures, guidelines, and legislation to resolve queries and disputes and escalate more complex matters where appropriate to ensure provision of timely and responsible customer service.
- Assist in the development, implementation and review of practices and procedures to support continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development of an effective knowledge base and other initiatives to improve capability within the team and support a culture of collaboration.
- Identify and escalate potential risks, issues, or trends in line with processes and procedures to mitigate risks.
- Manage all administrative duties related to the Power Training Services facility (including but not limited to the front desk).
- Provide administrative support to the Training Delivery and Support Services Area, as required.
