Description:
Customer Service - Online Advertisement
Work Location: Petaling Jaya
Contract : 12months
Working hours: 9am - 6pm
Must have strong proficiency in English language
RM 3000 - 3600
- Answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems including implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems to the related department.
- Managing over 30- 40 tickets/emails from clients regarding their suspended ads account, rejected ads, low response from online campaign and payment issue.
- Troubleshooting advertising accounts per day and provide the right solutions in an email and call the clients in the next day to notice them on how to solve their issues .
- Schedule calls and follow up with the clients’ improvements of their advertising campaign to ensure the campaign is running well on the platform
- Convert potential sales leads into actual deal on a weekly basis.
- Fluent is English spoken and written
- Able to start work Immediate basis.
- Possess Degree in any field
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
