GENERAL KNOWLEDGE TO FASTERN THE INTEGRATION AND THE USE OF TOOLS
- Good understanding of the different products distributed by Pernod Ricard Benelux (item categories and item numbers)
- Good comprehension of the market, of the customers and of the groups they are belonging to.
- Reading & understanding of a price list (products & customer at national level)
REQUIREMENTS
- Education level: MBO+ / HBO
- A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Knowledge of Navision is preferred.
- Fluent in Dutch & English. French is a big plus
- Service-oriented, customer-oriented, communicative, a team player, collegial, pro-active, assertive and accurate.
Responsibilities:
As Customer Service & Pricing Officer, you will be responsible for the Order to Cash Management and for the upload/monitoring of the Pricing (Sales Prices, discounts and promotional rebates)
