Responsibilities:

Your core responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Being the main point of contact for customers, handling enquiries + orders
  • Providing product information to customers such as availability + pricing
  • Processing orders + coordinating from production through to delivery
  • Actively promoting additional products + services to enhance the customer experience
  • Preparing quotes and proposals, assisting with internal sales activities
  • Keeping detailed customer activity records in our CRM syste

Skills & experience to succeed in this role include:

  • Proven experience in customer service or internal sales
  • Experience in a manufacturing or agricultural equipment environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities + a proactive approach to customer issues
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders + data entr
