Description:

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Professional to join our client.
Contract Dates: 6 months with possibility to convert
Pay Range: $24 to $25 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
Manage All Aspects of Customer Service: Oversee and handle various customer service functions to ensure client satisfaction.
Answer and Handle Calls: Respond to and manage incoming calls, providing support and information as needed.
Follow Up on Group Insurance Plan Files: Occasionally review and follow up on group insurance plan requests and files, addressing issues and providing updates.
Address a Range of Requests: Manage requests of varying complexity from both internal and external clients.
Demonstrate Key Skills: Utilize excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and resolve issues.
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
Bilingual Proficiency: Fully fluent in French and English, with strong skills in reading, writing, and speaking both languages.
Customer Service Expertise: 2-4 years of experience in customer service, demonstrating effective problem-solving abilities.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft applications such as Teams and Outlook
Thrives in Dynamic Environments: You excel in fast-paced and ever-evolving settings, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
Passionate About Continuous Learning: You actively seek out new applications, products, and services, staying informed through up-to-date support documents.
Skilled and Detail-Oriented: With strong technical abilities and exceptional research skills, you prioritize meticulousness and efficiently manage multiple administrative systems.
Experienced in Customer Service: You bring valuable experience from roles in information centers, retail environments, or the service sector.
